To calculate the total fee for my services, please add the non-refundable retainer and the wedding fee, both of which are listed below on this page.
The non-refundable retainer:
The Non-Refundable Retainer secures and sets your wedding's (event’s) start time, date, and location. All wedding dates, start times, and locations are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The retainer is non-refundable because it secures my availability for your specific event date, time, and location, which prevents me from booking other clients. Please note that this guarantee of availability is conditional upon the original date, start time, and location you provided. Any subsequent changes to these details may invalidate this guarantee.
“Would it be possible to amend the date, start time, or location after the initial booking?”
I will do my best to accommodate any requested changes to the agreed-upon date, start time, or location for your event. However, please confirm my availability before finalizing any adjustments. This is important because another couple may have already secured your newly requested date or start time, or their chosen location might make it logistically impossible for me to service both events.
Once my availability is confirmed for your newly proposed date, start time, and location, I will send a separate email with the revised details.
The Wedding Fee:
The Wedding Fee will be determined by the county where your wedding takes place, as it includes a travel fee specific to that county since I am driving from Palm Springs. The wedding fee can be paid in cash on the wedding day or by credit/debit card on my website at any time before your wedding day.
